Every upload carries an explicit accuracy disclaimer. Output is intended for the estimator’s review — not the GC.

The draft is shareable-by-id so the estimator can paste the URL into Slack or email and pull the team into a single review thread. Auth and a per-user history list land in the next iteration — this placeholder review route is intentionally public.
